This is a special desert created for Negev Nectars’ Sesame Date Delight, produced by Kibbutz Neot Smadar. Chef Michael Solomonov, of Zahav restaurant in Philadelphia, showcased this dessert at Hazon’s Sukkah Harvest Supper in September of 2010. At the harvest supper it was very well-received, especially when served with homemade and very fresh whipped cream. We recommend it for a dessert intended to impress, that’s quick, easy and absolutely delicious.
