- 8 medium-sized onions
- 4 tablespoons Negev Nectars Organic Extra Virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Seven Tastes Chutney
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Remove outer layer of onions and place onions in pan lined with baking paper.
Pour 1/2-tablespoon olive oil over each onion; squeeze juice from lemon over onions
Bake in oven at 350 for 30 minutes, then take out the baking tray and pour one teaspoon of Seven Tastes Chutney over each onion. Return the baking tray to the oven for additional 30 minutes, adding 1 tablespoon water to the pan every 8-10 minutes
Remove onions from oven, place on serving platter and sprinkle more Chutney all around the onions. This dish is great as an appetizer, side dish, or antipasti.
