Honey

Negev Nectars works with a Ukrainian Israeli apiarist to bring our customers a delicious selection of honey. Choices include Eucalyptus Honey, Desert Broom Flower Honey, and Acacia Honey. Each was created from the nectar of desert plants that the bees collected from the regional vegetation without the use of harmful chemicals or sprays.

Eucalyptus Honey

A deep flavor with a rich texture, this  honey is produced using  blossoms from the desert’s experimental Eucalyptus orchard. Created without any chemicals or mitacides, the honey is a pure product with a robust flavor.

Acacia Honey

A light amber color with a mild yet unique aroma, this  honey is produced from the nectar of the desert’s biblical Acacia trees. Created without any chemicals or mitacides, the honey is a pure product from the Negev with an enjoyable flavor.
