Farmers of the Negev
All Negev Nectars gourmet products hail from small-scale, Israeli farms that produce artisanal foods out of a very difficult landscape. In addition to the unique taste and quality of their products, we choose partner farmers who work with the land, farming in the most sustainable way possible. We are continuing to search for the newest tastes of the Negev, and the latest in sustainable, small-scale agriculture in Israel, as well as finding new ways to assist the Negev farmers.
